These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Midnight Mums Club app and website (together, the "Service") provided by Midnight Mums Club Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use the community features of the App on iOS. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Service.

Acceptable use

Be soft. Be real. Be a friend. Don't post anything illegal, abusive, harassing, or commercial spam. Don't impersonate other people. Don't try to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.

Premium subscription

Premium is billed through your App Store or Google Play account at the price shown at sign-up. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account anytime from inside the App or by emailing info@midnightmumsclub.com.

Disclaimers

Midnight Mums Club is a community and wellness app, not a medical or mental-health service. Nothing in the App is a substitute for professional advice. If you're in crisis, please contact local emergency services.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the relevant claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Changes

If we make material changes we will notify you in the App or by email and update the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
